Black Ink Networking @ National Press Club

26 August 2014

With a hint of exclusivity, plenty of well researched information and a relaxed ambience the Deloitte ‘Black Ink’ networking event delivered plenty for the savvy investor keen to maintain a successful investment strategy. It started as a fairly typical drinks and eats at the National Press Club with a good roll up of the Black Ink members crowding the downstairs bar before heading for the panel discussion format moderated by Deloitte’s Eddie Senatore.

Called “A Shift in Gears” for a correction on the road to ‘smart solutions to the new property development and investment paradigm in the ACT’ you will be forgiven if you haven’t noticed a shift or a paradigm anywhere, but when you need to know Deloitte’s team is at the ready to provide experts in finance, economics, property and tax. As an invitation only member network of accounting and legal firms it gives access to Deloitte’s resources, seminars, surveys, training, networking functions and membership is free.

Black Ink is in good hands with the personable and very talented Kate van Haalen shifting her well established paradigm from Snowy Hydro SouthCare to join Deloitte as ACT Marketing Manager though still keeping her hand on the pulse of fundraising for her favourite charity.
